This storytime teaches about resilience & perseverance. This program features traditional and original tales, including "Taming of the Unicorn." Created in 2019 for the 2020 summer reading program, this theme became all the more relevant with the advent of Covid19. This storytime focuses on the the importance of not giving up.
Be Kind
Kindness is a universal language, understood in every culture and tongue. This storytime features several traditional tales, plus the original story, "The Golden Mirror."

Be Curious: About Space!
Curiosity about the stars is almost as old as mankind itself, and there are star stories in every tongue on every continent. Many of the Greek & Roman constellation myths are not only well-known, they often have elements not friendly for students in K-3! But the star stories of many other cultures are. If you're looking for stories about the stars that all ages enjoy that your audience likely hasn't heard before, this is the storytime for you!
